  • All prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or update prices at any time.
 4.  ORDERS AND CONTRACT A purchase contract is formed when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of stock issues, fraud suspicion, or incorrect pricing 5.  PAYMENT 
  • Payments are processed securely through Mollie.
  • Accepted methods include Bancontact, credit card, iDeal, and others (depending on Mollie’s options).
  • Orders are only shipped after payment is received.
 6.  PAYMENT Orders are shipped via Sendcloud. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (unless otherwise stated). Risk of damage/loss passes to you upon receipt of goods. 7.  RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS) 
  • Exemptions apply to custom-made items and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
  • Contact us if you'd like to return your products, we will let you know through email if a return is possible on the specific purchase. Contact us at info@toyo-antwerp.com.
  • You must return the goods at your own expense, unless they were delivered faulty.
  • We will refund your payment (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receiving the returned goods only after confirmation of refund.
 8.  WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS Products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under EU consumer law. For complaints, contact us via email. We aim to respond within 14 days. 9.  LIABILITY  We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by misuse of products, except where required by law. 10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
